We did not get to see it, to cludy and overcast, but now at 3:00 a.m. the moon is out nice and bright. Nice shots. I was ready, just got a couple of new lenses for my camera. Mt Illiama was clouded over most of the day and a haze over cook Inlet, but I did try a couple of shots with my new telephoto lens. did you know th4ere are spruce trees at the base of the mountain. can't wait for a clear day so I can get some good long distance shots! We aer warmer than you are, it is about 36 degrees right now - snow is disappearing at a good rate.
