No, we got one last night and he loves it. I just thought it was an interesting product and after looking into more I find that the only real negative thing is the warning about leaving babies on high surfaces unattended and you can't put it in the bath tub. Those sound like pretty logical no no's to me but hey!
I am hoping he is still big enough fit in it this summer because it will come in handy at the picnic table.

Safety warnings sound pretty standard, common sense. Wonder how fast it will roll down the "sand pit hill" and which one of his siblings pushed him!
